The items will be ship by Armenian Postal Service Haypost by Registered Airmail with TRACKING NUMBER. It will be posted in an extremely secure package to make sure its safe arrival at your door.
Estimated Delivery Time to :
– USA: 15-45 days

– Canada: 3-4 weeks
– Australia: 3-4 weeks
– Europe: 7-20 days depending on location, Italy and Germany – 20-30 days
– Other countries: 3-4 weeks depending on location.
Note: The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time that usually varies from 1 to 3 business days. Some items like Professional Duduk need more processing time, because of made by order.
Different items have their own processing time, which is what we cannot control. But what we can do is try the best to let you receive your items as soon as possible.

Send items back within 30 days of delivery
Full refund will be given via Paypal on receipt of the product provided the product is in its original condition. Customer has to pay for the shipping of returning goods
